An eighteenth-century residence
Cafaggio Primo has its roots in the illustrious history of the great Florentine families: in the seventeenth century it was located in the middle of an ancient hunting reserve of the Medici family. Now an organic farm located in an area, still uncontaminated in the heart of Tuscany, immersed in the green hills of Chianti in the triangle between Florence, Arezzo and Siena, which produces DOP organic EVO oil with passion and meticulousness.
